Have you ever felt that you're not fit and need to go jogging or something? well, Bukit Kiara is a place where you can do that. Its a very nice place to jog in the morning and take a breath of fresh air from the moderately dense forest surrounding the treks. Start the day by jogging to keep yourself healthy and fit! There's also a jungle trek if you're up for it. Go there! Afterwards, you could have breakfast or dinner at a nearby club KLGCC. P.S. Its a very hilly place
Besides that, there's also a place called Lake Garden in Kuala Lumpur. A nice place to jog and have a picnic. There's also 2 playgrounds for children to play and have fun. There's also a herbal garden which shows the malaysian traditional herds, also a bird park and lastly a park for deers. You can feed them. Go there to explore other wonderful things. Its a place to bring your family along for a Sunday jog or picnic. Cheers :)
